Natural Approach to Autoimmune Disease
These resources all have similar versions of the philosophy I followed as I began my healing journey. They emphasize cutting out all ultra-processed foods, incorporating nourishing real food, and temporarily reducing or eliminating grains and beans, which may remove inflammatory triggers, reduce bacterial overgrowth, give the digestive system a "reset", and allow the gut lining to heal. Their common thread is that they focus on the importance of healing the gut.
